Alto K10 is the entry level product of the manufacturer. Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is priced at Rs 3.99 lakh. The top speed variant of the entry level hatchback will not come in less than Rs 6 lakh OTR but buyers can look at lower and mid spec variants.

Alto K10 has a 1.0 liter 10C petrol engine which generates 67 kW of power and 89 NM of torque. The engine can be equipped with 5 speed manual and five speed A MT gearbox. 5 speed manual gearbox is provided with the engine. Which is capable of generating power of 57 PS and torque of 82 NM.
CNG option may not be possible under ₹600000 OTR unless offered heavily by the carmaker but buyers can definitely look at petrol options
Maruti Suzuki S-Presso and Renault Kwid
S-Presso is another affordable offering from Maruti. It has the same power train as Alto K10. The price of Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is between Rs 4.26 lakh to Rs 6.11 lakh ex-showroom. The top variant in both petrol and CNG starts from Rs 6 lakh OTR. Not available at lower price though buyers can look at lower and mid-range variants
Kwid is Renault’s most affordable offering in India, priced between Rs 4.69 lakh to Rs 6.44 lakh And the option of five speed A MT gearbox has been kept. Buyers with a budget of Rs 6 lakh OTR can get lower and mid spec variants of this entry level hatchback. Earlier Kwid had a more affordable option with 0.8 liter petrol engine. has been discontinued
